Cindy Hughes

Cindy Hughes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing personnel policies and wage programs. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Valley View Medical Center since July 2020, Cindy previously held the position of HR Director at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center from August 2005 to July 2020. In this role, Cindy was responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering all HR policies and procedures, as well as developing a comprehensive wage and salary program. Prior to the role of HR Director, Cindy served as an HR Generalist at the same organization, demonstrating a consistent commitment to effective human resource management. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Baker College, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
