Ashley Selmasska, MS has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Ashley started their career as an intern at Life Counseling Services in 2007. Ashley then worked as a counselor at Robin's Nest from December 2006 to August 2008 and later as an in-home therapist from August 2008 to October 2009. In 2009, they joined Pennsylvania Mentor as a Family Based Therapist, where they provided intensive in-home therapy to families until May 2012.
In 2012, Ashley joined Valley Youth House as an Independent Living Supervisor and was promoted to Associate Director in July 2015. Ashley managed the Montgomery and Bucks counties Independent Living Programs, ensuring program protocols were followed and addressing client needs. In August 2017, they transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant to the President, where they organized board meetings and managed the CEO's schedule. Additionally, they played a key role in developing an employee intranet for better communication within the company. In August 2020, they took on the role of a Program Analyst, where they analyzed program performance and assisted with monthly billing. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Valley Youth House, a role they have been serving since February 2023.
Ashley Selmasska, MS, attended Downingtown Senior High School from 1998 to 2002. Ashley then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Lehigh University from 2002 to 2006. Continuing their education, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2006 to 2008.
