Lennie Grant-Banda

Lennie Grant-Banda is an experienced social work professional with a demonstrated history of leadership and case management. Since September 2012, Lennie has served as Director of the Achieving Independence Center and Delco AAI at Valley Youth House, overseeing a team of eight Coaches and managing case services for approximately 300-350 youth. Lennie's prior roles include working as a Coach/Case Management Supervisor and Coach/Case Manager, where a caseload of 60-80 youth was maintained and support for independence plans was provided. Previous experience includes a Social Work Internship at Boston Juvenile Court Clinic, and roles at Family Service of Rhode Island and Urban Edge. Lennie holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Rhode Island College.
