Jean Flanagan has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Vice President of Patient Access and Navigation at Valley Health System since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jean held several positions at Valley Medical Group from January 2012 to May 2022, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Jean's career in healthcare management began at The Valley Hospital, where responsibilities included Director of Administrative Services and Manager of Administration from March 2001 to January 2012. Jean earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the College of Saint Elizabeth between 2009 and 2012.
