Katia Judina

Katia Judina is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Valley Health System since June 2023. Previously, Katia held the position of Manager of Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis at Summit Health, where leadership in enterprise-wide reporting supported transformation initiatives for a revenue organization exceeding $3.5 billion. Katia also served as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at the Natural Resources Defense Council, implementing process improvements and overseeing financial evaluations that facilitated cross-departmental change management.
