Rosemary Mendoza

Rosemary Mendoza is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and HR operations. Currently working at The Valley Health System since August 2013, Rosemary has honed skills in applicant tracking, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. Prior experience at San Diego Zoo Global from May 2005 to July 2013 included recruiting for seasonal positions, processing HRIS, conducting sexual harassment training, and contributing to HR strategic planning. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2015 and 2018.
