Laura Smith

Laura Smith, LCSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, currently serving as the Director of Inpatient Behavioral Services at Valleywise Health since August 2019. Prior to this role, Laura Smith has held several positions at Maricopa Integrated Health System since 1988, including Manager of Psychiatric Social Work, UR and Admissions, as well as Psychiatric Social Worker. Laura Smith's early career included serving as Clinical Director at Salvation Army Harbor Lights from 1985 to 1988. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work (MSW) obtained from Arizona State University between 1985 and 1988, and a Bachelor of Social Work earned from the same institution from 1978 to 1980.
