Deb Bryant has extensive experience in the banking industry, with their most recent role as Chief Credit Officer at Valliance Bank since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions such as SVP, Manager of Commercial Underwriting at Bank SNB a division of Simmons Bank from 2016 to present and at Simmons Bank from 2016 to 2022. Deb also served as SVP and Senior Credit Officer at The First State Bank from 2013 to present. Their earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Coppermark Bank, where they held the role of SVP/Credit Officer from 1997 to 2013. In that role, they were responsible for managing a team of 7 analysts and 1 field auditor and was a member of the Senior Loan Committee.
Deb Bryant obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from York University - Nebraska, which they attended from 1974 to 1976. Deb then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oklahoma Christian University, where they studied from 1976 to 1978.
