Lori Elms

Lori Elms currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Valliance Bank since May 2024, following a role as Vice President of Operations at Bank7 Corp. from November 2023 to May 2024. Prior to that, Lori held the position of SVP Director of Retail Operations at Sovereign Bank from July 2021 to June 2023 and served as SVP Director of Operations at The First State Bank from April 2010 to August 2021. Lori Elms holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma Christian University and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma.
