Nicole Fournier

Nicole Fournier possesses extensive experience in human resources and process management across diverse industries. At Vallourec since October 2017, Nicole has worked as a Gestionnaire Process Approvisionnement, serving as an interface between service centers in Brazil and Indonesia and European manufacturing plants while developing KPIs and operational modes. Previously at SKF Aeroengine France, Nicole held various HR roles from January 2014 to May 2017, focusing on recruitment, integration, training, and career development, alongside participation in equality initiatives. Earlier experience includes team leadership in customer relations at Cyrillus, where Nicole managed teams and oversaw operational transitions. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and is currently pursuing further education in professional adult training and gamified learning design.
