Independent organization which operates 81 franchised McDonald's restaurants in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Owners are John C. Valluzzo Nicholas J. Valluzzo and Michael J. Valluzzo. The Valluzzo family has been affiliated with McDonald's and has owned and operated McDonald's franchises since 1963.
