Ben Coughenour

Ben Coughenour serves as an Associate Financial Planner at Valmark Financial Group since January 2022, supporting experienced financial planners in delivering comprehensive solutions to Member Offices. Previous roles include Investment Planning Intern, where Ben gained hands-on experience in crafting tailored financial plans, and Life Settlements Intern, assisting in the life settlement case process. Prior to Valmark, Ben worked as a Curb Server at Swensons Drive-In Restaurants and held positions at Holland and Wadsworth YMCA, where responsibilities included lifeguarding, pool supervision, and teaching swimming safety. Ben is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales Management and Marketing at the University of Akron and is a graduate of Norton High School.
