Drew Vaughan

Drew Vaughan is an experienced professional in process optimization and management within the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as Manager of North America VPC at Valmet since April 2015, Drew implements advanced control solutions and develops process and statistical models related to TMP Refining, Kraft Bleaching, TMP Bleaching, and Stock Preparation. Prior to this role, Drew worked as a Process Optimization Engineer at Metso from November 2013 to March 2015 and as a Process Control Engineer at Clearwater Paper Corporation from April 2009 to November 2013. Additionally, Drew gained early experience as a Process Engineer Intern at Potlatch Corporation in 2008. Drew holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned between 2004 and 2009.
