Heidi Heinonen is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in strategy, planning, and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Manager for Strategy and Planning in Services at Valmet since November 2018, Heidi is responsible for developing strategies, coordinating planning processes, and overseeing implementation across the Services Business Line.
