Juha Katainen

Juha Katainen is a seasoned maintenance manager with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Valmet since February 2018, responsibilities include overseeing mill services management, property management, maintenance, and the coordination of a team comprising 26 Valmet employees and 4 contractors. Prior experience includes roles at Yara as a project manager and mechanical engineer, focusing on various investment projects, and earlier positions as a design engineer at SafeGo Oy and Farmi Forest. Juha holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu and has completed additional coursework in technology development and management.
