Prior to this role, Manu Kapiainen held various management positions at Metso Paper from July 2006 to December 2013, including Business Manager for Mill Improvements in the Asia-Pacific region and Manager of Site Operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Engineer Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces from June 1997 to June 2006.
