Teemu Tammilehto

Teemu Tammilehto is a Senior Legal Counsel in Corporate Legal at Valmet Oyj since October 2022, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Prior to this, Teemu served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Nordea from December 2014 to November 2022, focusing on large corporate transactions including investment grade, leveraged finance, and real estate loans, with experience as an intra-group secondee in Nordea’s New York Branch. Teemu's earlier roles involved legal practice at Peltonen LMR Attorneys Ltd as an Associate, handling banking and finance matters, as well as summer positions at Pohjola Bank Plc, Peltonen, Ruokonen & Itäinen Ltd, and Helsingin OP Pankki Oyj. Teemu holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2012.
