James B. Milliken

James B. Milliken is the Director at Valmont Industries. Prior to joining Valmont, they served as the Vice President, Global Cash Operations at ACI Worldwide from January 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic and transformational leadership of the global Cash Operations organization, including establishing the strategy, organization design and metrics for contract administration & set-up, billing & invoicing, cash application, reporting, credit, collections and business support. James also managed and oversaw a team of 45 individuals located throughout North and South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

At Valmont, James has served in various roles including Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. James is currently the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. In this role, they are responsible for leading the investor relations and corporate communications function for the company. This includes developing and executing on strategies to enhance shareholder value, manage the company’s reputation with key stakeholders, and provide thought leadership on a variety of issues impacting the business.

James B. Milliken attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned their BSBA in Business Administration. James also attended North Bend Central.
