Raju Shewale

Raju Shewale has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Raju began their career in 1994 at GKW Ltd in Mumbai. Raju then joined Thermax Ltd, where they served as a Manager and later became the Plant Head in Pune. Raju also worked at RAY International LLC as an Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined Valmont Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and also assumed the role of General Manager at VALMONT STRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2018, Raju became the General Manager at Valmont India and also served as the DGM India Operation. Raju continued to work in these positions until at least 2020.

Raju Shewale has a diverse education history. Raju completed their Master of Technology (MTech) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Operation and Material Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2008 to 2010. In 1990 to 1993, Raju obtained a DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) from GPR.

Continuing their education, Raju pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Raju has also obtained various certifications. Raju obtained a Financial Accounting Management certification from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global in August 2022. In July 2019, they received Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency and Lean Gold Certification from Valmont Industries, Inc. Raju also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which was obtained in July 2018. Raju obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from a UK accredited institution in January 2018. Lastly, in May 2010, Raju acquired a CSWIP 3.1 certification from Tata Consultancy Services.
