Stacy Dugan

Stacy Dugan, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Valmont Industries, Inc. since January 2006, with a progression through various HR roles including Regional HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Stacy held positions such as Labor & Compliance Manager at OAI Electronics and Human Resources at Commercial Financial Services LLC. Additional experience includes staffing and manpower activities at Tulsa Regional Medical Center and roles in marketing and medical underwriting at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Stacy began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Valmont Industries, Inc. and holds an Associate in Applied Science in Human Resources and an Associate of Science in Business from Tulsa Community College.
