Steve Grove

Steve Grove is an experienced leader in operational management with a strong background in the aviation and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for North America Galvanizing at Valmont Industries, Inc., Steve has previously held key positions, including Director of MRO at the National Institute for Aviation Research and General Manager at Valmont. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Steve has a proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations, overseeing aircraft maintenance and logistics, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Steve holds a Master of Science in Leadership, a Bachelor of General Studies in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, and additional qualifications in Aircraft System Maintenance Technology and Airframe and Powerplant License.
