Zach Thiemann

Zach Thiemann has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Zach started their career as a Structural Engineering Intern at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in 2007. Zach then moved on to various roles at Valmont Industries, Inc., including Product Development Engineer, Lead Engineer - Communication Monopole, Manager of Application Engineering, Senior Manager of Engineering & Technical Customer Service, Director of Engineering & Technical Customer Service, Director of Global Engineering Optimization, Sr Director of Global Engineering Productivity & Systems Optimization, and currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering, Global Lighting and Transportation and International Telecom. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership and expertise in engineering, technical customer service, and optimization, particularly in the fields of lighting, traffic, communication structures, and steel manufacturing.

Zach Thiemann has a strong educational background, with a focus on business and civil engineering. Zach began their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Zach then pursued further studies at Iowa State University from 2007 to 2009 and earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Zach continued to broaden their knowledge and skills by attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2012 to 2015, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
