Jamie Gearhart

Jamie Gearhart has extensive work experience in various scientific and engineering roles. They began their career at LAKOS Filtration Solutions as an Engineering Intern, where they documented fabrication processes and produced CAD drawings. They then interned at SoClean Inc., conducting product tests and writing technical reports. Jamie also worked at ERT as a Solutions Design Intern, assisting with software quality control and producing electronic forms. At Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, they served as an Office Assistant at the Bursar's Office and later as a Research Assistant for the Mills Lab. Most recently, Jamie worked at TARA Biosystems as a Research Associate, performing tissue cultures, assays, and data analysis. They are currently working at Valo as an Associate Scientist.

Jamie Gearhart completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2019. After that, Jamie pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which was completed in 2020.
