Kirk Donovan is a knowledgeable scientist with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. Kirk began as an NSF-REU Student Researcher at the National Science Foundation from June 2006 to August 2007, followed by an Honors Thesis Research role at St. Lawrence University in 2007-2008. Kirk pursued doctoral research at Cornell University from August 2008 to June 2014 and continued at the same institution as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Kirk transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Pfizer from April 2015 to April 2018, before advancing to roles at Biogen as a Scientist and Senior Scientist from April 2018 to December 2020. Currently, Kirk holds the position of Principal Scientist at Valo Health since May 2024.
