Caroline Laroque

Caroline Laroque has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at VALOBAT since September 2021. Previously, Caroline worked at ISS France from 2014 to 2020 as Directrice du Développement RH Groupe, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development. Caroline also held the role of DRH at ISS Facility Management, managing 800 employees and negotiating company agreements. Earlier in Caroline's career, positions included Responsable des Relations Sociales at GROUPE M6, DRH at Servair, and Adjoint DRH at Elior France, demonstrating a strong background in HR management across various sectors. Caroline holds multiple degrees in Human Resources and law from prestigious institutions.
