Sébastien Grillet

Sébastien Grillet is an experienced professional in the fields of logistics, procurement, and operations management. Currently serving as Responsable achats at VALOBAT since October 2022, Grillet is responsible for designing procurement strategies, managing calls for tenders, and overseeing waste management services associated with the building sector. Prior to VALOBAT, Grillet held the position of Directeur des opérations (COO) at DASTRI from March 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included operational setup, network development for waste collection, and optimizing information systems. Grillet has also worked as a logistics consultant at Société AXE and TL&Associés, where expertise in strategic planning, organizational improvements, and market analysis was applied to various projects. Grillet began a career in software development as an Ingénieur projets at Transept, contributing to transportation flow optimization tools. Grillet holds a DESS in Project Management from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
