Valon Kone Oy (VK) designs and manufactures rotor debarking machines and butt reducing equipment for the woodworking industry. Our technology and solutions help our customers globally to optimize their raw material and to maximize the productivity. Valon Kone’s main office is based in Lohja, Finland with approximately 110 employees.

Valon Kone offers a wide product selection which is sold under the VK brand through a global sales network with three sales offices located in Germany, Sweden and the USA, and with 16 agents. The VK brand dates to the end of 1940’s. Valon Kone is part of Kadant Inc. (Westford, MA, USA).

The Sales and Service team at Valon Kone Oy is responsible for the global sales of rotor debarking machines and butt reducing equipment, as well as providing comprehensive after-sales support. This includes facilitating machine sales through a global network, managing the distribution of spare parts, and performing maintenance and repair services to ensure continuous and optimal operation of VK equipment for customers in the woodworking industry. The team is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction by offering technical assistance, parts replacement, and other post-purchase services.
