Adam Hasham

Adam Hasham is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Valon since 2025, Adam has previously held the position of Head of Product at Personio, overseeing critical areas such as payroll, integrations, growth, and customer service. Prior to that, Adam was a Group Product Manager at Coinbase, where leadership of the Staking organization enabled users to earn yield on their crypto assets. Adam's career includes a significant tenure at Amazon as a Principal Product Manager (Technical), managing the innovative Alexa Conversations project, and a position as Chief Product Officer at foodora, where technology developed at Hurrier, a start-up founded by Adam, was scaled globally. Early career experiences at Scotiabank and in microchip design at Gennum Corporation, Genesis Microchip, and AMD laid a strong technical foundation. Adam holds a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Queen's University.
