Cynthia Damian

Cynthia Damian, CISM, CRISC, CCSK, currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Valon, leading the company's Cybersecurity program encompassing strategy, operations, and risk compliance. Additionally, Cynthia is the DE&I Chair and Board Member of the ISACA Puget Sound Chapter, with a history of leadership in various board roles including President and Vice President. Prior experiences include heading Security Governance, Risk & Compliance at Twitter, serving as Senior Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management at Salesforce, and holding strategic risk management positions at T-Mobile and Starbucks. Cynthia's career began with a role as a Sr. Information Security Analyst at Group Health Cooperative. Cynthia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University.
