Kelsea Tomaino

Kelsea Tomaino is a software engineer with a diverse range of work experience. Kelsea started their career at Sobeys as a Cashier in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Student at Walker Industries. Kelsea then moved on to Niagara Health in 2016, where they worked as a Biomedical Engineering Student, developing a mobile application and utilizing a database to identify key performance indicators. In 2017, they worked at DoctorCare as a Software Engineer, developing a web application for the company's FHOCare service. Kelsea then joined the University Health Network in 2018 as a Bioinformatics Research Assistant. In 2019, they held two positions: as a Data Science Co-op at Validere, and as a Software Engineer Intern - Data Engineering at Grand Rounds, Inc. Kelsea continued their journey at Grand Rounds in 2020 as a Software Engineer until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Included Health as a Software Engineer. Most recently, they joined Valon in 2023 as a Software Engineer.

Kelsea Tomaino attended the University of Waterloo from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
