Carolina Hibner

Carolina is a Senior Analyst at Valor, responsible for sourcing deals, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies, mainly focusing on the fintech, crypto and energy verticals. Prior to joining Valor as an intern, Carolina worked as an Investment Intern for Patria Investment, in the Private Equity team.

She received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering at the Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and her M.Sc. in Management Engineering in the stream of Finance at the Politecnico di Milano in Italy, from the Double Degree Program between both universities.

Carolina is passionate about sports and outdoor activities, anything related to travel and meeting new places as well.
