LaToya Lewis, Ed.D, currently serves as the Assistant STEM Manager of Instructions at Valor Collegiate Academies since July 2022. Prior to this role, LaToya Lewis contributed to Shelby County Schools from August 2015 to October 2022 as a Science Instructional Coach and Biology Teacher. LaToya Lewis also has experience as a teacher in the Knox County R1 School District from July 2009 to July 2018. LaToya Lewis earned a Doctor of Education degree in Teacher Education and Professional Development from Liberty University between 2016 and 2018, a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2008, and a Bachelor's of Science degree from the same institution in 2006.
