Christa M. has over 24 years of experience in healthcare and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist and previously as Lead Patient Service Specialist at Valor Healthcare since January 2015, Christa has developed extensive expertise in payroll and patient services. Prior experience includes multiple positions at UPMC from May 2008 to January 2015, including Clinical Assistant, Surgery Scheduler, and Rehab Aide, showcasing a strong background in clinical support and patient scheduling. Christa began their career as Office Manager at Butler Physical Therapy Associates, Inc. from September 1999 to May 2008, further solidifying a comprehensive understanding of office operations in a healthcare setting.
