Kaitlyn B. is a seasoned benefits administrator with extensive experience in managing employee benefits across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Valor Healthcare since April 2022, Kaitlyn oversees a range of responsibilities including employee benefits, disability claims, 401K, COBRA, leave administration, wellness initiatives, and workers' compensation. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn worked at Neiman Marcus Group as a Health and Welfare Analyst, where responsibilities included administering employee benefit programs and maintaining knowledge of related policies. Kaitlyn also held the position of Benefits Coordinator at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. and served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, where key duties encompassed benefits management and HR systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University.
