Michael Howard

Michael Howard started their work experience in 2001 as a Field Claim Representative at Standard Mutual Insurance until 2003. From 2004 to 2012, they owned and operated MTH Coordinating Services, providing IT support to home computer users and small businesses. In 2012, they joined Valor Systems as a Software Quality Assurance Technician, where they were responsible for implementing software testing methods and designing test scenarios that contributed to a significant reduction in software bug reports.

Michael Howard attended Glenbard South High School in Illinois from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a general education degree. Later, they pursued higher education at the College of DuPage from 2003 to 2009, earning an AA degree in general education. Finally, from 2006 to 2012, Michael attended DeVry University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management with a database emphasis.
