Adam Swift

Adam Swift is an accomplished operations executive with extensive leadership experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Valor Victoria since February 2022, Adam also holds the position of President and Membership Chairman at the 17th Infantry Regiment Association since March 2015. Adam's military career includes retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from July 2006 to December 2023, with roles such as Rifle Company Commander and Ranger Instructor. In the corporate sector, Adam has held various positions at Amazon, culminating as Assistant General Manager from July 2017 to February 2022, and previously worked as HR Supervisor and Safety Engineer at Nucor Steel Kankakee Inc. Adam holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from WSU Carson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
