Nicolas Stahl has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nicolas began their career at SPAR Handels-AG in 2001, where they held various positions including Regional Sales Manager and Assistent to the Management Board. In 2005, they joined Netto Marken-Discount AG & Co. KG as a District Sales Manager and later became the Expansion Director. Nicolas then moved to Valora Group in 2011, where they took on roles such as Sales Director and Managing Director of Valora Luxembourg S.a.r.l. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sales Germany - Division Retail at Valora Group. Nicolas Stahl has extensive experience in sales, supply chain management, and senior leadership roles.

Nicolas Stahl completed their education in a chronological manner. Nicolas began their academic journey in 1982, attending Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium in Heilbronn, where they obtained their Abitur in 1992. Following this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the field.

In 1995, Nicolas Stahl engaged in a practical training program at Walter Domesle Mineralölgrosshandlung GmbH, specializing in Kaufmann Gross- und Aussenhandel. After gaining valuable industry experience, they enrolled in the University of St.Gallen in 2016, where they completed a Certificate Programme in International Retail Management.
