Giada Monti currently serves as the CEO Staff – Group Strategic Initiatives at Intesa Sanpaolo, a position held since March 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional projects and assessing new business opportunities. Giada's expertise areas encompass ESG and sustainability, project management, and corporate governance. Previous roles at Intesa Sanpaolo include Coordinator Origination & Business Development Projects and Head of Finance for Innovation, among others, showcasing a strong background in strategic operations and credit analysis. In addition to ongoing leadership roles, Giada is actively involved with Valore D as a Role Model for InspirinGirls Italia, promoting gender equality and inclusion.
