Mario Hernandez

Mario Hernandez, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Flywheel Energy, LLC, a position held since September 2018, after previously holding the role of Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor of HR Business Partners at Continental Resources from October 2013 to September 2018, and Employee Relations Specialist at Chesapeake Energy from March 2007 to October 2013. Mario began a career in human resources at Universal Trailer Corporation from 2001 to 2007 as an HR Representative, following an earlier role as CAD Specialist and HR Representative at Barrett Trailers from 1999 to 2001. Educationally, Mario holds a degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern Nazarene University, completed between 2013 and 2014, and a PHR certification from Oklahoma City University.
