Tom Demery

Tom Demery is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business development and wealth management solutions. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Valor Equity Partners since September 2022, Demery previously held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Wealth Management Solutions at Monroe Capital LLC from August 2019 to September 2022. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Intermediary Distribution at Evanston Capital Management, Managing Director at Fox River Partners, and Principal at Stairway Partners. Prior to these roles, Demery served as Vice President and Regional Marketing Director at Putnam Investments and held positions at Ashland Management. Demery obtained an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, and holds a BA in History and Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
