Lucy Nicholson

Lucy Nicholson possesses a diverse range of experience in customer service, management, and education. Currently serving as the Interim Contact Centre Manager at Valpak Limited since June 2018, Lucy has also held roles as a Logistics Team Leader and Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior to this, Lucy worked as a Sales Assistant at Paperchase Products Ltd and as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer during the holiday season. Lucy's teaching experience includes positions as a Trainee Teacher at Bluecoat C of E School and Myton School. Additionally, Lucy volunteered with MedMinds Warwick, focusing on mental health awareness among young people. Leadership skills are demonstrated through the role as Vice President of the University of Warwick Classics Society, where organizational and financial management responsibilities were undertaken. Lucy earned a degree from the University of Warwick and attended Durham High School for Girls.
