Valparaiso Community Schools
Hannah Kornfeld is an experienced Spanish teacher currently employed at Valparaiso Community Schools since August 2022. Previously, Hannah served as a student teacher at Valparaiso High School, teaching Spanish III honors and regular classes while collaborating with faculty and planning lesson plans. Hannah also held the role of high school Spanish teacher, instructing Spanish II and III classes. Prior experience includes positions as an associate at Home Goods, a tutor at Compass International Family Center, a day camp counselor at State Farm Park, and a tutor at Kumon Tutoring Center. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Valparaiso University, as well as additional coursework at Saint Mary's College and a high school diploma from Central Catholic High School, where membership in the National Honor Society was achieved.
