Kristen Knoerzer

Kristen Knoerzer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kristen started their career as a Team Member at Target in 2004 and later advanced to become a Team Leader. In 2007, Kristen joined OK Champion as an Inside Sales/Payroll Manager and held the position until 2011. Kristen then returned to Target and worked as a Sales Floor Team Member until 2013. In 2012, Kristen interned as a Public Relations Intern at Valparaiso University, where they later progressed to become a Creative Associate and then an Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. Kristen continued to grow in their career at Valparaiso University, serving as a Senior Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, a Director of Marketing and Communications, and a Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. Their most recent role at Valparaiso University was Executive Director of Strategic Enrollment and Marketing Initiatives. Kristen's expertise lies in marketing, communications, branding, and team leadership.
