Sherri Seward

Sherri Seward currently serves as an Adjunct Horn Instructor at Valparaiso University since July 2023. Seward has been a dedicated Music Educator and Assistant Director at Valparaiso Community Schools since August 2019, overseeing the Valparaiso High School Intermediate Orchestra and teaching brass, percussion, and K-8 general music at St. Paul's Catholic School. A Private Horn Instructor since August 1987, Seward also held the position of Music Teacher at Portage Christian School from June 2018 to May 2019 and taught Elementary Music at Aurora Christian School from October 2008 to May 2017, focusing on pre-K through 5th grade General and Choral music. Prior experience includes a customer service role at Bretford from June 1998 to February 1999. Seward holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts Administration with concentrations in Music, Business, and Horn from Butler University.
