Enrique Marin Calderon

Enrique Marin Calderon has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Enrique started their career as a Project Coordinator at MILSET, where they coordinated multiple events and led teams responsible for registration, project evaluation, logistics, and staff coordination. Later, they worked as an Engineering Intern at CODESSA, assisting with construction surveys, database management, crew management, and administrative support.

Enrique then joined DAEMAC Constructora as the Supply and Warehouse Manager, where they handled price quotations, purchase orders, negotiations with suppliers, payments, and deliveries. Enrique also developed databases and established guidelines for material requests and inventory storage, resulting in cost savings.

Enrique then moved on to Tesla as a PV Designer, where they created custom designs for solar systems, collaborated with other departments, and ensured compliance with state regulations. Enrique received recognition for their leadership and problem-solving skills.

Enrique also worked at AT&T as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, providing support and resolving issues for customers. Enrique answered and transferred a high volume of calls daily, learning about achieving goals and executing organizational values.

In their most recent role at Strawberry Tours as a Logistics Supervisor, Enrique oversaw daily operations and logistics across multiple countries. Their responsibilities included data processing, report preparation, team coordination, scheduling, and improving communication between departments. Enrique developed operational guidelines and protocols to enhance efficiency.

Currently, Enrique serves as a Fulfillment Lead at Valpas, managing the process of fulfilling customer orders. Enrique leads a team, coordinates installation crews, monitors inventory levels, implements process improvements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes metrics, and takes on additional tasks as needed.
