Anthony Conte is currently serving as the Senior Regional Sales & KA Manager at VALRHONA. Anthony previously worked at illycaffè North America, Inc. as a Branch Sales Manager and District Sales Manager. Before that, Anthony held the position of Tri-State Area Sales Manager at Paris Gourmet Inc. Anthony also has experience as a Market Concierge at New Amsterdam Market, an Account Executive at The Chefs Warehouse, and as an Editorial Intern at Spanfeller Media Group and Restaurant Business Magazine. Anthony's background also includes work as a Line Cook at Quality Meats and a Student Cook at L'Ecole. Anthony holds a Masters in Food Studies from New York University, a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from The French Culinary Institute, and a BA in English Literature from Baruch College.
