Frederic Jourdan

Frederic Jourdan is the Director of Finance and Operations at Valrhona Japan, where they manage Quality Assurance, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. They possess extensive experience in financial management across various industries, including travel and tourism at Club Med and medical equipment manufacturing at Immucor, Inc. Frederic has also held leadership roles in luxury goods at Cartier and contributed as a Business Controller and External Auditor in different organizations. They are trilingual in English, French, and Japanese and hold a Master's in Management with a focus on Finance from EMLYON Business School, alongside ongoing executive education at Columbia Business School.
