P. Benjamin Brito Boge currently serves as the COO - Managing Director for The US and Canada at VALRHONA, overseeing the development of various brands such as Valrhona, República del Cacao, Sosa ingredients, Norohy, and Chocolatree. Prior to this role, Brito Boge held leadership positions at República del Cacao, 3M, and Zaimella, where P. Benjamin gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations management. P. Benjamin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from INCAE Business School and a Maitrise en Gestion Hôtelière in Marketing from Ecole de Savignac.
