Wendy Israel is an experienced Regional Sales Manager at VALRHONA since May 2021, previously holding management roles at Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace and Atalanta Corporation as a Territory Sales Representative. From 2013 to July 2019, Wendy served as a Pastry Chef and Partner at Treat House, and from 2007 to September 2016, Wendy promoted the Felchlin Brand as National Brand Manager at Swiss Chalet Fine Foods. Earlier career milestones include working as an Executive Pastry Chef at Jumeirah Essex House Hotel. Wendy holds a Physical Therapy degree from Oregon State University, a Commercial Baking Certificate from Seattle Central College, and an Associate Degree in Pastry Arts from South Seattle College.
