Raman Paulovich

Raman Paulovich is currently the Managing Director at Valsoft Corporation, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Uber in various positions, including Strategy & Operations Manager, where they managed driver screening processes across Canada, and as GM of Uber Freight Canada, leading the team to significant revenue growth. Raman also served as VP of Operations at Shakudo and Head of Operations at Boxhub, overseeing operational functions and team performance. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
